We first engaged with HL Partnership in the summer of 2020. As a business, they operate within the FinTech space and turnover c.£60M annually. David Steele (the CTO) had struggled to hire ‘top tier talent’. We spent a great amount of time really listening to what their problems were so we could feedback with what we felt were the right solutions to solve them.

Since then, we’ve worked with them exclusively as their sole supplier, and built a team with not just the right technical skills, but most importantly (in my opinion), the right characteristics. As part of discussions upon engagement, we identified that HLP lacked a defined employer brand proposition, which meant the culture was unclear from the outside. 

As part of our work with them, we helped build their culture into a fully fledged brand proposition that enabled us to find the right people and as result, have built a team that don’t just feel that their peers are colleagues, but more like family.
