Our solutions are supported by many years of experience in the construction industry, working for main contractors under various forms of Building Contracts, giving us a practical understanding of how best to implement the most cost effective solutions.
We support the design of climate responsive developments that tackle the causes of climate
change and adapt to the current and future effects of climate change, through the incorporation of
effective mitigation and adaptation measures.
Future developments should mitigate the causes of climate change, by minimising carbon and
greenhouse gas emissions, associated with their design, construction and use. These developments should
also include features that make provision for adaptation against current and predicted future effects of climate
change, i.e. sustainable urban drainage systems to reduce run off and better thermal insulation to prevent heat loss
in winter and solar gain in summer.
